Aerospace Grade Carbon Fiber

Our carbon fiber parts are all hand built in Denmark from the best materials available.

All design, engineering, and tooling is carried out in-house here in Denmark. This means every component is developed with full control over load path optimization, fiber structure, and resin system selection. Our integrated process ensures that mechanical performance, weight targets, and dimensional accuracy are achieved without compromise – from CAD model to finished product.

Every part starts long before it ever sees a mold. Prepreg carbon fiber is stored in a temperature-controlled freezer to preserve its resin system. When it’s time to build, the material is carefully cut to shape using precision templates, ensuring each ply follows the exact fiber orientation required for the design.

The layers are then hand-laid into billet-machined molds, chosen for their perfect dimensional accuracy and heat stability. For prepreg components, the molds go into a temperature-controlled oven, where the laminate is baked under pressure for several hours at 140 °C – a process that locks in maximum strength, stiffness, and controlled stability.

Once cured, each part is de-moulded, trimmed, and CNC-machined in-house to achieve perfect fit and repeatable tolerances. By controlling every step, from frozen raw material thru layup, to the final part, we ensure components that are not only lightweight and strong, but also built to a quality we are proud of!
