Steering Cable Adapter for the Ultra Trim Series. The Ultra Heim Joint is built for aggressive steering setups and is an essential component for any serious configuration. Its design enables unrestricted trim movement by offsetting the cable mounting line and angling it to align with the trim’s maximum vertical and horizontal positions.
Machined from billet aluminum 7075-T6 (aerospace grade).
Available with M5 or M6 internal thread:
- M5: For OEM Yamaha steering cables.
- M6: For selected aftermarket steering cables.
Note: All Pitch Components trim kits come with a cable and necessary heim joint. However, if you have a Pitch Components Ultra trim and wish to use a third party steering cable, you MUST use either the M5 or M6 Ultra heim joint depending on the cable. A standard heim joint will not fit extreme trim positions.
